We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and general HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, orientation, exit formalities)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (attendance, leaves, overtime)
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
Help administer HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, and benefits
Support performance appraisal processes and training coordination
Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information
Assist with compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
